Ek Villain (English: One Villain) is a 2014 Indian romantic heroic tale film directed by Mohit Suri. The film stars Sidharth Malhotra, Riteish Deshmukh and Shraddha Kapoor in lead roles, and tells the story of a hardened criminal whose terminally ill spouse is murdered by a serial murderer.
The film was produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor below Balaji Motion footage and EL recreation. Upon its unleash on twenty seven June 2014, the film received positive reviews from the critics, and performed exceptionally well at the box office earning around INR105.62 large integer (US$18 million) in india alone.
